A personal-use prototype that connects the application owner's Oura account to a privately operated training and recovery archive.

The gateway reads heart-rate observations, daily sleep and readiness summaries, and workout summaries after the owner authorizes access. It does not modify Oura records or automatically prescribe training.

This website contains public project information only. It has no health dashboard, sign-in form, analytics scripts, or health-data collection form.

This prototype is not currently offered as a public or paid service. Contact the owner using the contact email listed in its Oura application registration.
